  • to promote and further the study of art history by keeping Roberto Longhi's cultural legacy and methods alive;
  • to grant research fellowships and awards in the history of art and organize courses in the same field;
  • to protect the collections of works of art, books, photographs and documents which belong to Villa Il Tasso.
